It seems that moves that are set with undisclosed (-1) fees in the database turns up as free transfers in-game, rather than the game calculating a suitable fee for the transfer.
See for instance Agon Sadiku who arrived at Rosenborg at a -1 fee, but moves in the "real world" mode for 0.
