I bid for a player (full transfer), it's accepted but then the player turns down the contract.
I then want to go and make a loan bid him instead, its doesn't let me, saying "as you have already had a previous bid accepted and then withdrawn, unless you bid the same amount....."
1) The previous bid was NOT withdrawn, the player turned down the contract and 2) I want to now make a loan approach.
Same issue happened on FM23.
