In the section Scouting Coverage | Match and Team Analysis I have confirmed ongoing reports on next opposition. I only get a report for the next opposition once, and after that the instruction is ignored. I go back to Scouting Coverage | Match and Team Analysis and I have to confirm again.
This also happened in FM23 btw, so maybe it's a known issue.
