Olivier Giroud, 37 years old on £74,000 p/w, is suddenly demanding a new contract worth £130,000, which is almost double his current salary and would make him by far the 2nd highest paid player at the club. Half of my club is unhappy because I am yet to offer him a new contract, but how is this demand reasonable?
