  • Reason - Cannot make the offer while the transfer window is closed

    Several clubs are interested in buying my player, but none will make offer. And in players transfer screen it says 'Cannot make the offer while the transfer window is closed' as reason.

    Since when you cannot, or AI cannot make an offer for player outside of transfer window.

    Also when offering players via agent, he says the exact same thing.
