If you click on the button to offer the player for loan, the button disappears, but nothing else happens:
I stay on that screen. If I then go to the player profile, the Transfer Room option is still available , whereas if I go through and request the player is offered to clubs from the link on the player profile it then gets greyed out:
This is the same after every U19 game, regardless of which player is suggested should be loaned out.
