    As reported here:

    The AI does loan deals with exorbitant bonus clauses as provided in the example.

    Qualifying for Europa League by Man Utd will cost them €49.5 million as per agreed upon in the loan below.

    Another example in the same save game:

    Winning the Serie A will cost Milan €84 million as agreed upon in the loan deal below.

    Hello, these aren't bonus clauses but future transfer fees that'll trigger upon the event.

    So for example, Emegha will transfer permanently for 49.5 Million Euros if they qualify for the Europa League, but if they don't, Emegha will return to Bayern.
