Squad numbers in real world mode

We're aware of this issue and have it under review, thanks for the spot.

Adding to the above raised point, another annoying thing in the real world mode, is that if a departing player was assigned a squad number when the "official" Squad Number news item pops up, then this number cannot be re-assigned to another incoming player at the end of the transfer window. The number will be kept assigned to the original player who has now left the club.

Can you please check and fix this?

 

EDIT: this seems to occur when the departing players are leaving on loan instead of a permanent transfer.

Hello @Kyle Brown, this issue is still after v24.2.0 as departing players on loan are keeping their squad number assigned to them and cannot be used by players arriving later in real world mode.

Is this expected be solved soon?
