I had scheduled loads of friendlies to gather some funds in the lower leagues. My Assistant manager managed the team during these games and after a big loss to Fullham at the end of June 28/6/2026, My Players came to me complaining about my harsh teamtalk. Now while i feel i am responsible for team i felt this was bit harsh since i didn't actually deliver this team talk. Now i promise to do better and we move on.
Now the big issue here, i signed a new midfielder Ismail Oulad M´Hand in July (20/7/2026) and he is very important player for me but in September 19/9/2026, he suddenly became unhappy because of my teamtalk in the Fullham game in June !
