I am playing as Newcastle in the 25/26 season. Joelinton complained that there was not enough GK depth and was supported by the majority of the squad.
When I arrived two months earlier, the squad contained Andrew (Brazil), Nick Pope and Lorus Karius. I responded by advising that I would buy a new GK. I signed Dennis Seimen (by this point a 20 year-old wonderkid) as a Star Player for his £18m release clause. I now have 4 GK of which 3 are amongst the best in the Premier League.
Despite this, Joelinton (and the squad) have accused me of not keeping my promise. I have no idea what else I could have done. I have attached screenshots showing the GK in squad, the promise showing as failed and the response from Joelinton
