  • Managerial support feels unrealistic

    My job security is untouchable, I don't have any unhappy players (I don't think) and my managerial support is only at average. It might be that this has been tweaked this year so players take longer to become happy - but it feels like it's wrong given how well we're doing, consistently positive team talks and good morale

    Hello, looking into your save, you have been at the club less than 6 months (182 days), have the lowest possible reputation and the 2nd lowest coaching badges.

    You also have two concerned players and a 3rd waiting on a promise to be completed.

    Managerial support is at good level and is slowly rising, this is working as expected.

    Hi Zach, thanks for taking the time to look at this for me. Sorry it’s not a bug - perhaps it’s been tweaked since last year so stood out as being odd.
