    Telling fans that their concerns about the last match are "none of their business" is not a neutral response, it's a confrontational, inflammatory response. Not really a bug, I know, but I think it's an error.

    To an extent the tone such a sentence is delivered in would play a big part in its reception. The QA team can take a look over this and determine whether something is amiss here.
