When renewing the contract of really young Ajax players (<20 years), they always want the 'will find loan move to assist player development" as part of the new contract.
This is not realistic as Ajax and the other clubs PSV, AZ Alkmaar and FC Utrecht all have their second team active in the Keuken Kampioen Divisie (compare with same level as sky bet championship).
IRL they won't ask for a loan deal as they allready can perform on a high professional level.
