  • "5 subs can be used in 3 stoppages" rule does not apply

    I think "5 subs can be used in 3 stoppages" rule does not apply to some matches after with 2032/2033 season. Can be seen that it may occur in 4 or 5 stoppages.

    Yeah, when I checked I noticed those minutes (45+4 etc.) were half time changes, my fault. Thank you for your answer.
