    There is a rule of registration that no foreign based players allowed, but after I submit the roster, those players based outside of home country still "seek assurance on future". And those who benifit from this rule are all "surprised and nervous to be part of the setup".

    Hi Zach, surely this is a known issue at this point, you've had multiple reports and save files showing the exact same thing, a quick search showed me these links, there may be more
