Hi, I been playing a save with Steaua from the second Romanian division and upgraded youth training and recruitment. I'm used to wait 6 months or so until they are full force, but in this year FM I upgraded and the only thing that changed was the text, but not the numerical value at all. 1 year has passed and still nothing and I can't re-upgrade.

I play in portuguese and the academy coach with it also changed text.
If it's possible, I would also want to know what I need to do to upgrade the academy, as it's capped at 14.
