Player has been getting high training ratings, all other attributes have shown improvement. Determination has dropped by 10 in 2 months. First noticed when it had dropped by 4, thought it was normal enough but it kept dropping. No injuries in time at club.

Just had bellingham drop 4 points from June to October. Also personality change from perfectionist to model citizen (yay?).

I did have him in a mentoring group with Erikson whos determination is 16 at the start but after his determination dropped from 20 to 19 I removed Bellingham from the group. I can understand that being the cause but the effect seems way too high.

    Edit:

I also uploaded two files to you guys named Bellingham Pre determination drop July 2024 and Bellingham Determination Drop Oct 2024. I might have a few in between if needed as well as a few pre transfer.

Just adding my piece here as well.

Multiple players with massive determination changes too, also upwards:

All my paid signings have their Determination being shot up to 16, 17 or even 19 within the first few months of arriving.

Loan signings have the same, but for free transfers it does not seem to happen.

While for me this is obviously a good thing, it doesn't make sense and is definitely a bug.

This as to do with the welcoming period into the club, everytime you sign a player (youngsters) the player that greets him in a period between 2-3 months will affect that player personality into their own personality. All of you check the player that you used to do the welcome greet into the club and check their personality/determination and you will see it is similar

You're correct, that's exactly what it is. 16, 17 and 19 are the Determination levels of my Team Leaders in the Dynamics, so the ones that are usually welcoming new players to the club.

This is definitely an issue though, you don't just simply copy someone's personality because they welcomed you!

Just had players lose 13 and 7 determination around at the same time, been happening at other clubs too.

Uploaded files before and after Determination loss (about 1 month apart is all I got).

Didn't see this before I posted mine but yeah same thing has happened to me on a Sunderland save. 14 players out of my 25 man squad have dropped to exactly 4 determination, or on their way there after signing recently. All the players on 4 determination have also changed to spirited personality.

Reading the comments about the welcoming period I'd looked at my team leaders and captains of the 15 month save. Luke O'Nein has 15 determination and resolute personality. Dan Ballard has 14 determination and fairly professional personality. Jack Clarke has 14 determination and a spirited personality (Only welcomed 1 or 2). Anthony Patterson has spirited personality, but is the only player from the original squad to have dropped to 4 determination. It really doesn't seem that bad to have the drops I've had. Hope this is fixed for day 1.
