Extinct clubs in the database cannot be added as playable

before the recent update, the game simply used to crash and didnt allow me to even select the country i was attempting to unextinct teams in, however, now, it allows me, but breaks the game this way:
-the game will not respect the league structure i created and instead it will keep it the way it is in the vanilla game
-HOWEVER the teams are no longer extinct and they are playable (in this case Brașov (EXT), FC Progresul București, Callatis Mangalia and Pandurii Târgu-Jiu), but it still shows an error before starting the game.
I also attempted to change the Romanian First League's number of teams from 16 to 18, the 2 extra teams have been sent into the third division named Liga III. I attached a picture of the editor file as well clearly stating Chindia and Mioveni are set to be first division, not third division teams, and the editor file

later edit: i have done some more edits and i also created a third division. instead of the normal 100 teams, this one has 64 teams in total spread around 4 groups. however, as before, the game divides them all into 10 groups and fills up the gaps with random teams from all across the country
