  • In-game editor greyed out and cannot be enabled again

    I purchased the in-game editor and at first it worked fine, however when disabling it I was not able to then re-enable it again. The editor is greyed out no matter if it is enabled in the settings and cannot be clicked. I have tried reloading the save, changing skins (this occurs in both the standard skin as well as downloaded custom skins). Please fix this asap since I paid for this content and it's now not working as it should.

    Me too, Mac/Steam. In my current save the icon is greyed out, though I was able to use it at the start of the save - sometimes. When I loaded the save, sometimes it was active, sometimes not. Now it's grey all the time.

    I just started a random new save to test after the recent update, and the symbol isn't even showing in the menu bar (yes, I have the relevant box ticked in preferences).

    It's wild that this is being ignored. Can we have some response please?

    This still an issue for you lot? bought the game for xmas and noticed it after my second time jumping onto the game. Very strange so i'll bump this up

    @Zachary Whyte thought i'd tag you just incase this hasn't been seen.

    Hello everyone, we're sorry for the late reply. If you are still experiencing this issue can you please try launching FM from the IGE store page (for example Steam) instead of how you would normally open FM24.

    Late updaate: My issue was resolved with the epic update and works as normal now. Not updating steam or epic may prevent the editor working if it was a similar issue to mine.

    Hi there. This has just happened to me and I need a fix please. I purchased the IGE in game and is now greyed out and I get the following message when I go to Download in the in game menu: 

    Store
    Cannot connect to the server. Please sign into your account and try again.

    Can you help please? Thanks.
