  • Short names of the clubs

    Hello,

    You have the rights to the names of the clubs and players, so why aren't the clubs depicted or spelled correctly?

    HSV or Hamburg HSV
    Borussia Dortmund
    FC Bayern Munich
    1. FC Cologne
    1. FC St. Pauli
    VFL Bochum
    Hannover 96
    Karlsruhe SC

    It's the same for all clubs, even in the other leagues...

    Also, the clubs are actually spelled correctly in the game. It seems like some of the names you mentioned are just english translations of the cities, but nobody really calls the clubs like that.

    Especially "Hamburg HSV" or "Karlsruhe SC" could never be correct, as that doesn't make sense grammatically.

     

    Think about it like this: nobody would call Sevilla "FC Seville" or Fiorentina "AC Florence".
