Part Time Contracts - Professional Club

Also seeing this for several clubs, do we know how much impact part time contracts have on staff roles? I can see this putting me off starting a long term save unless patched by release. Most of the danish league is covered by this, with the odd team having the option of hiring full time staff (scouts).

@Kyle Brown I've put together a list, it's definitely not exhaustive in terms of roles but should be enough to investigate. All teams in Superliga 3F.
Vejle BK - Scouts
Viborg FF - Scouts, Physio
Silkeborg - Coaches, Scouts, Head of youth
OB - Physio
Randers - Scouts
AGF - Physio, Scouts

AAB (NordicBet Liga) - Scouts, Physio

While it's a little annoying and doesn't change no matter how much success you have (#1 ranked team in Europe, multiple CL wins with Viborg FF), I found it had no practical downsides. 

I could hire who I wanted and the part-time staff worked the same as full-time staff as far as I could tell with scouts and physios.
