Job applications always unsuccessful when starting unemployed after the 24.2.0 update

Hello, I just started an unemployed save and was able to get a job within a few days.

Can you please upload your save file to us so we can review further.

I started a new save just to show the situation, applied to jobs such as Crystal Palace, Celta Vigo, Bayer Leverkusen and Chelsea. Got rejected from all of them immediately without even an interview again. I had Continental Pro License as coaching badge and International Player Regional level as past experience.

As i said before, i used to have a chance to at least get an interview for world class clubs such as chelsea, dortmund, man utd etc. Now after the update, i am rejected without an interview by Celta Vigo and Crystal Palace which are without a doubt way lower tier than the clubs i mentioned above.

This can't be normal and has to be a bug after deploying 24.2.0 update. I uploaded my save by using the guidance you shared and i'm looking forward to hear from you to clarify this annoying issue.

I have the same settings (manager rep, leagues..) Before patch i got a lot of interviews in the beginning. After 24.2 it`s November now and didn`t get any interviews....

so, i think, it`s a bug!

i loaded a lot of leagues. For ex I have Swedish 3 level. Before patch i got a lot of interviews from teams from bottom in that leagues in September...In 24.2 all teams refused me.

I've found the problem is that i have international position in Congo. I took it in the first day of my save.

Looking at your save, while your manager does have a Continental Pro Licence, you have a very low reputation (1 Star, Professional Footballer Regional) and only the Top Leagues loaded into your Database. 

So given you have no experience and a low reputation is it highly unlikely any team in a top division is going to give you a job/interview.

I would recommend, giving your manager a higher reputation and loading lower divisions into your database.

Looking at your save, you have a have National C Licence and half a star reputation, so you could only get a job at a very level of football, but as you say you did get to become the manager of Congo. So again, I would recommend you give yourself a better Licence and Reputation when starting a save, thank you.

As i said before, i used to get job interviews and even job offers from the clus such as Chelsea, Inter, Dortmund with this exact setup. But after the update, i can't even get an interview from the clubs that are way below in terms of reputation. So there must be a parameter change in the update that messed up the structure because on my side nothing is changed.

I have uploaded another save of mine that i was playing before the update, you can check i got the job offer from Inter with the exact same coaching badges and past experience. The name of the save is Lüdde - Internazionale.fm (I didn't employ myself to the team, again started unemployed and after season 1, Inter manager got sacked and i applied and took interview then finally took the job)

By the way, i would like to add that i've been using this setup(Continental Pro License, Professional Footballer Regional) for years and i never had this issue in any one of the games.

Can you please check the issue in very detailed way? Maybe check the change log before and after the update? Because i've been seeing some other people are having the same issue and it makes the user experience very frustrating.

I have the same issue. I used to easily get a job offer from a top club, but now with the same manager profile League 2 and League 1 clubs won't even give me a job interview. (I have Continental Pro License and Professional player National Level). 

 What can I do?
