As I write in the title I started a save as amateur with no coaching badge. I started coaching a semi-pro team in Vanarama League south (Weymouth team) and when asking the Board to let me do the coaching course they denied letting me the option to discuss it with them. Atter the discussion they agreed to pay the Badge course if I managed to have the staff covering all the training without having an heavy workload. I fullfilled the Objective and it was green but nevertheless my Coaching course didn't start. Are you aware of this bug?
