I'm playing in the romanian first league and after the transfer window registration period is closed the other teams don't ocupy all the registration spots. Tried doing multiple saves with original and real world mode saves, still the same thing. They are teams who register only like 12 players except from the under 22 who don't have to be registered. This happens In the romanian league every time you start a save. Happened in fm 23 also. Hoped it is fixed, it's unplayable. Teams just end sometimes having a lot of 2nd team young players and good players don't start a game the whole season. The only patch that I use is the logo pack so I don't think there is any issue from my side. I uploaded my save from the second season. This still happens.
