  • Player outside scouting scope. Is that behavior expected?

    For this player it says it's outside scouting scope

    However when I access to scout report I can create a scouting task

    Yes, it will show scout report instead. The only way I can keep scouting is when the task is completed, where I can order to keep scouting if still not full knowledge
