If you click on a scout, its listed what countries they have knowledge of an how extensive their knowledge is, however the map of the world above this is not being coloured in with appropriate colours - its remains blanks
Reproduce:
Find any scout (preferably a high-reputation one as they will have knowledge of lots of countries)
click on them
look at the blank map to the top right of the screen
