There are so many issues with the Manager Timeline that I'm amazed I still bother looking at it, but I have just found another bug.
After I hired Curtis Davies as Under-18s Assistant Manager, a new entry appears in my manager timeline that reads, "MORE ASSISTANCE: Curtis Davies took over as Assistant Manager." This implies that Davies was appointed as assistant manager of the senior team.
Steps to reproduce:
I've uploaded a save file where I've offered a contract to Davies, but he hasn't yet accepted it. Continue for about a day until Davies accepts the offer, and then confirm the deal. Hit Continue one more time, then view the Manager Timeline.
