Hi,
Playing as Notts County, trying to loan Krisztian Hegyi from West Ham. On loan offer screen, red text shows that states:
'Players purchased cannot be loaned out in the transfer window they were purchased to a team in the same division (Date joined 24/5/2019)'.
There appears to be two potential issues, firstly the game thinks West Ham Under 23s and Notts County are in the same division. Secondly, the game thinks May 2019 is part of the 2021 summer transfer window. Screenshot attached.
The player has not moved to anyone else in this window and his only history is with West Ham.

Try to sign this player on loan (possibly others) when at a lower league club in first transfer window.
