  • CSA Steaua first season

    In the league rules it states that they can't be promoted, but when they finish 3rd or 4th they play in the playoffs as expected and if they win get promoted, whilst if they finish 1st or 2nd then the 3rd team gets promoted instead of playing in the playoffs, whilst Steaua plays in the playoffs, is it supposed to work like that?

    • Steps To Reproduce:
      Play the first season and have Steaua finish 1st-4th, they'll play in the playoffs despite the rules stating they can't be promoted.

    I don't know whether it should be like that but it's there in the game rules, here for example in the editor:

    And in game:

    With this they can't be promoted from the top 2 spots but can compete in the playoffs and get promoted like that, even when they finish in the top 2 they compete in the playoffs and the 3rd teams gets automatically promoted.
