In FM UCL Preliminary round is always played at Victoria Stadium in Gibraltar (even if no Gibraltarian teams are in).
That's not correct, the stadium is chosen among the partecipating nations year by year.
Victoria Stadium was only chosen for 18/19 season. For 21/22 season, Faroe Islands were chosen as host, but moved for COVID issues.
