Start a new game and choose "ADDM '09 Data Update".

Seriously, you think so? FM09 is totally different to FM08. Loads of really bad changes. The 3D match engine is awful, the press conferences are annoying and a waste of time and the one that gets me is the last 5 games rating for a particular player. In FM08 and previously it would show it as 9-8-8-7-8 for example. Now the whole thing is so confusing with just an average rating and some graph bars. The ratings given to players during a game too for example 6.2 or 7.4 is also ridiculous. What was wrong with the simple 6 or 7??

Sorry, don't mean to go off on a rant about FM09 (could be here all night lol).
