simAFCTU
Hey guys. I've just got my new laptop, and have installed FM. What do I need to copy over from my desktop computer to resume my game of FM? I'm playing with an edited database. Thanks.

solstar
Firstly you need to have FM installed on your desktop. Due to activation you need to install it on both machines (very annoying), once this is done then copy the saved game (whatever you named it) and carry it over, use a pen drive and paste it there then take it from the pendrive and install it in the saved games folder on the Desktop. A long process, longer than previous years but its your only way.
Neji
I'd copy over the Sports Interactive folder from My Documents onto your new laptop. Should have everything you need then
simAFCTU
It doesn't work The bar goes about 2cm along and then I get an error message saying: The save game cannot be loaded PLEASE don't tell me Si have done something as petty as locking saved games to one machine! HELP!!!
Neji
Of course they haven't. I'm guessing you forgot to patch the game on the new machine?
