Activation Phone No. Out of Service

Any alternative numbers available or do we just wait indefinitely until it's ready again?

If you try enough times you'll get through.. but, the line then goes dead half way through the activation process. Oops.

i get this problem at the minute, i type in the code and then the line goes dead, you got anywhere yet?

can you lot post the numbers that your trying here please. presumably my local number will be a london number.

This is a complete p*** take!

And the SI customer helpline is busy aswell.

Why does the line go dead? It makes no sense!

the trouble for me is im using a mobile, so costing a fortune, dont want to keep doing it cos i will not have any money left on the phone if i keep not getting through

i just got through. but i think i still need the activation code (which is 16 digits) that apparnatly shows when installing the game.

this seems to be different to the code on the back of the instruction booklet.

there also seems tobe a problem with the cookies on this site because after awhile even though i'm clicking away it logs me out. and then i enter my name and password and it wont allow me to

yeah its different, when u enter the code click phone activation and click next and it gives you a 16 digit code, and you have to do this 8 times, ive managed to do it 4 times, but keep getting cut off now

At last! A bit of correspondance!

How long do you reckon this will be happening?

ok so i've decdied to install it on my work computer but it only gives me the option to online activattion.

i want to phone but apparantly not.

i'm getting a problem where it says it cant connect to the internet and others have said just to keep trying so i suppose thats what i'll have to do.

can you carry on half way through an activation and type in the last code?
