Cant make them match my total balance. wage budget What is the setup for the wage budget? Formula behind it, what is deciding that? transfer budget What factors decide my transfer budget? I have more money than i have for transfer budgets for example. You may have aggressive boards that will give you more money - which is risky for the club's future if things don't work out - or you can have more conservative chairmen who would be tighter on how much to give you, but ensuring that the club's future is still safe.
