Should I be worried by the amount of players who refuse to renew their contracts due to-

Their dislike of the club? 5 years at a club. Every end of season I usually have about 10 players who need their contract renewed and usually about 50% of the ones I want to renew always refuse to do so "due to their dislike of the club" but they never say exactly what it is they dislike. I even had one guy leave and literally the next day agreed to sign with me. Moral is usually very good for these guys so I have no idea what to do.

I sometimes randomly have players get the message "renewing his contract would not be a good idea due to his dislike of manager CityAndColour", which I find a little strange as they give no indication of this dislike while at the club and the game doesn't elaborate on why there is discontent. Have never had the dislike of the club message though.
