Rick B
Sorry all to repost this but the other thread had started to wander off topic. I just want to know how people are running the game with McAfee installed. If Antivirus programmes like McAfee/Norton/Avast, Avira, BitDefender etc are causing problems with data corruption how are people playing the game online? 1. I have read that you can just disable Firewall and Real time scanning. Is it safe to do this and play online? 2. The other option I have read is to add Football Manager to McAfee exceptions so that all Sports Interactive folders aren't scanned. Which folders do I need to add to the exceptions list exactly as some mention to just add FM.exe instead so its a bit confusing. 3. If I add these exceptions does it mean that if I want to scan my PC in full for Viruses during scheduled weekly scanning that I will have to remove them from the exceptions list and add them again every time I want to play Football Manager? All advice appreciated..Thanks
