Conceding after making a sub

Title says it all really, does anyone else seem to always concede when they make a sub, it always seems to happen to me, ive now decided to never make a sub unless im a good 3 goals up, ive lost count of the number of times ive been 2-0 up after 65 mins, make a cheeky sub and either draw or lose, its not like i change tactics to upset the team either, just a straight swap,and i always seem to concede from goals that come from nowhere, u know the ones, nothings happening and boom goal, i love the game and havnt got a prob with it just thought id ask and see if im the only one this happens too :~)
