He was called up by Wales Under 21s this month, but doesn't currently have Wales as a nationality. I'd suggest it should be Wales first, England second. https://www.faw.cymru/en/news/matty-jones-announces-cymru-u21-squad-scotland-friendly/

Aston Villa's Thierry Katsukunya doesn't currently have Wales as a nationality. He's been selected in Wales Under 19 squads (latest one here: https://www.faw.cymru/en/news/cymru-mu19-squad-announced-scotland-double-header/). I think it should be set as his first nationality, with the others secondary. Liverpool's Lewis Koumas should probably be set as Wales first nationality, the others secondary, as his dad (Jason) played for Wales and Lewis has been called into the same squad as above. -
Dean Whitehead should be contracted to Cardiff as a first team coach. https://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/player/335 Sol Bamba and Tom Ramasut are both set as assistant managers. Bamba is assistant https://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/player/340#:~:text=Former Bluebirds defender Sol Bamba, with Dunfermline Athletic in 2006. Ramasut should be first-team coach https://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/player/309 Gavin Reen shouldn't be first-team coach. He's Academy Operations Manager, which is probably not an in-game role. https://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/club-staff/academy Lee Southernwood shouldn't be a fitness coach. He's the Club's Football Support Executive. https://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/club-staff/analysis-administrative

Gareth Bale is unattached and set to retire in January 2023 in-game. I know that's when he retired in real life, but is it not better to have him retired from the start of the game, given he's not going to get any match fitness before the World Cup comes around? Probably a strange situation to have to deal with, so I understand why it's been set like this.

I can't see Raphael Varane's international retirement in-game, but might be that a decision made by the Research Team, i.e. 'future' international retirements don't get added? -
Kit Symons left his role on 4th January 2023: https://www.faw.cymru/en/news/kit-symons-leave-cymru-post/ Tony Strudwick also left, presumably at the same time: https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/man-utd-eric-ramsay-wales-26370645 And I know they only got announced today, but might as well point it out. Eric Ramsay has joined as Assistant Coach and Nick Davies as Head of Performance (presumably Head of Sports Science is best in-game, to replace Strudwick): Neil Taylor is still set as a player in-game. He retired on 07/11/2022. https://www.faw.cymru/en/news/neil-taylor-announces-his-retirement/

Brighton's Ed Turns is listed as right-footed and right-sided in-game, but he's actually left-footed and left-sided. Not quite sure how best to demonstrate this (maybe the Leyton Orient researcher will confirm it now he's joined them on loan), but he was actually mooted as a potential call-up to the Wales World Cup squad once Rhys Norrington-Davies (also left-sided) got injured. Orient actually say "left-footed" in their signing article here. -
For years now, I've felt AI team selection (including international management squad selection) is too heavily based on reputation, rather than form. And the same applies to transfers too, i.e. how often do you see a Championship team buy a player who's knocked in 20+ League Two goals in the game? Does anybody else feel the same?
