Stevicus
Has anyone had a first competitive managing game they are proud of?? mine was the champions league 3rd qualifying round vs rapid wien. 1st leg we won 9-0 at home!! i know rapid wien are not the best team but i still played a lot of reserve team players and new signings, left out gerrard from the squad and didnt bring torres on until the last 15 mins, in which he scored a hat trick. in the away leg we won 4-1, meaning 13-1 on aggregate has anyone else managed to make an impression on the club with thier first competitve game? Adam_bluebird1901
FM 08 Was Blackburn Away at Stamford Bridge. Opening day of the season, down to ten men after 3 mins and the game got worse when Benni McCarthy and Roque Santa Cruz both picked up injuries. Ended up with Chris Samba Working as an emergency forward on his own upfront. A Solid defensive display with Brad Friedel Pullin off his usual top class saves before the ball broke up the other end of the pitch and Chris Samba slotted home to send the Visiting Section at Stamford Bridge into hysterics
