Season 1: Finished 5th in Premiership, EURO cup runners up Season 2: Won Permiership, Won EURO cup Season 3: (Christmas) Currently 1st in Premiership, currently top of champions league group Wages: £1.09m p/w below budget Balance: £41.5m in the black Transfer budget: £125m, unspent The Board: Are 'satisfied' with my performance. Checked the detailed confidence screen: Club Stature: About 80% Competitions: About 60% Wages: 100% Squad Harmony: About 40% - hmmmm Also, according to vice captain Micah Richards, he is 'concerned about the lack of harmony at the club'. Okayyyy.... so I checked with the Assman. According to the Team Talk Feedback report: Morale among the players couldn't be any higher Our current players have developed a strong understanding Okay, so I'm completely confused - first of all as to why ridiculously overperforming in every area leads to the board being 'satisfied' with my performance. Secondly as to why the board and one of the players think there's a lack of harmony, but the Assman doesn't agree. Conclusion: It's broken Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
