Perth Glory
Got a couple of players that need Work Permits in order to play. I loaned them out to my feeder team last season an want them in my First Team plans this season. I do I get them into my team as it says they can not play because they do not have a work permit? JimbobWWFC
You need to send them out to your feeder team for about 3 years, if they are the right sort of feeder club. Who are you managing? Who is the feeder club you sent them to?

You either have to hope that those players are getting games with their respective national teams (have to have played in 75% of fixtures) or loan them to a feeder in club in Belgium where they can earn a Belgian passport within 2 years or so. The other way that players can get WP is if they have really good potential ability but that won't apply to your players as they would have already been granted a WP when you signed them; I've gotten WP's for several young Americans that way but I make sure to lock them up long term because not guaranteed to get another WP when try to renew contract. Perth Glory
I am managing Portsmouth and Zulte Waregem is my Affiliate team. This is wear I sent them to. Do you know of a quicker way to get them in your team?
JimbobWWFC
No it is because they need to be there for a few years, not just one. And check that the affiliation type between Portsmouth and Zulte Waregem is "for work permit reasons". This can be found on your affiliated clubs screen
phnompenhandy
Needs to be 2 years at that feeder. Only way to speed it up is if they play enough internationals. If they aren't full internationals yet, you have to wait.

JimbobWWFC
Ok cool. Send him there for another year or 2, that should make him ok to play. Sorry you have to wait so long to get him in your first team though!
