Kyn Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 My and one of my friends have been trying to set up a network play game and i have followed the instructions in the manual. I have made the game run as sever and also told my friend the IP address but he cant seem to connect to me. So he tried it and he also can not connect. Jirki88 Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 Router. That's probably your problem. Either that, or firewall. Anyways, you probably need to open ports in the router (port forwarding) and the ports you need to open is: 10093-10094. (I believe, I guess that may be different depending on router, but eh.) MeekoHFC Posted January 27, 2009 Share Posted January 27, 2009 If that doesn't work mate, then download Hamachi and create a server and both of you join it, then copy the address of the user of whoever is running the game and connect through that.
