ftg87 Posted January 17, 2009 Share Posted January 17, 2009 If I have a youth player who I think will play well in a position not natural to him, then I will try to get him to learn it and also take over the youth or reserve team and play him in that position, seeing as these games don't matter results wise, his performance isn't too critical an issue Don't know about anyone else or if that may help you, but I find this pretty useful Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
