Jon_1984 Posted January 7, 2009 Share Posted January 7, 2009 I just bought FM09 yesterday at a local retail store and I tried to use Steam to authenticate, it failed. However I installed it and authenticate it through the Internet, it worked. However I am interested in using Steam to update and I tried to authenticate again, it still doesn't recognise the retail key. I had tried also to verify my key through the website SI gave, and it is valid, but Steam doesn't recognize it, though through Internet authentication it is ok. Can anybody help me concerning Steam?
