I don't remember my exact number but I know two of the things you have to do to get it as high as possible is to never go on holiday and to tweak the training rather than using a broad setting. That said, I don't tweak training other than to retrain someone in an alternative position, and I get my ass man to arrange and play any friendlies, so I think its probably a fair score.
