Grimoz
Is it just me or is it extremely hard to get work permits for overseas players. Can i send a potential player with work permit problems to my affiliate team until he gains a permit, if so how do I do it? My transfers always get cancelled due to not obtaining a work permit. Lung
Yes. Right click on the player's name and choose move to affiliate or w/e. In Fm 08 constantly offering a new contract did the trick when it came to getting a player a work permit. International appearances help, and I think you were less likely to get a work permit if you've signed loads of players that needed one (I could get work permits for my first 2 or 3 South Americans with no u21 appearances at all but I couldn't get one for my fifth player that had made full int. appearances)
William.Hua
Do you have any affiliate club whose main benefit is "avoid work permit regulations"?
Grimoz
Do you have any affiliate club whose main benefit is "avoid work permit regulations"? My affiliate clubs are very poor as i manage in the lowest league in England so that may have an effect on why i dont get many work permits, guess i'll just keep trying.
