Windowed Greyed Out

Recommended Posts

Try this:

1. Right click on the FM09 icon on your desktop & click properties.

2. In the target field, add "-windowed -small_screen" at the end of the target, with a space between the original target & "-windowed -small_screen" & obviously no quotation marks.

3. Click ok & you should be able to play in windowed mode next time you run FM09

Also, you should probably have FM09 off when doing this.

What error message are you getting exactly? Oh yeah, here's how to post a screenshot:

How to Take a Screenshot

  • While in FM, press the 'Prt Sc' button (usually next to F12 on your keyboard).
  • Open an image editing program such as Paint and paste the image
  • Save the file as a JPEG
  • Upload the image to an image hosting website such as Photobucket or Imageshack
  • Post the direct Url to the image here.

Just noticed now that you asked me how to post a screenshot :D

I can't see the screenshot properly, but I'm guessing it says FM.exe had to close. Sorry for any inconvenience etc etc. Can you check your screen resolution? I think that has something to do with windowed mode not working.

To check your resolution, right-click on your desktop & click graphics properties Then go into display settings & you should find it there.
