Chris360
i was on fm and then i loaded the internet and saved the game. The internet froze so i went back to the game and saved and quit it. then i restarted my computer. Now when i hit 'launch game' on the Steam thing it comes up with XML parsing error. If you click 'ok' it just keeps loading more. Any idea how to resolve this? cheers

CaptainPlanet
So the target field on the shortcut says either: "C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\fm.exe" --reset_preferences" or "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Football Manager 2009\fm.exe" --reset_preferences" This is the only way around it as far as I know.
