NeilADams
dont you think this would be a good addition for further games, perhaps at some clubs having to work with one. Maybe either becoming one yourself. HOw will you work with him? Will he demand you to buy certain players, perhaps even becoming a chairman too. Cgull
I'd quite like the 'nuisance' element they could bring to the game. For example, in pre-season you spend a lot of time chasing one or two specific players (for the sake of this post we'll say David Villa and Aguero) and just before you agree the contract you find the transfer cancelled and that your Director has bought a player that is more 'cost effective' (i'm thinking Ade Akinbiyi or Bas Savage). Would be frustrating to play admittedly but as that sort of situation (or an equivalent of) is becoming more commonplace in football i think it'd be great to be reflected in-game somehow. phnompenhandy
Been discussed to death. Football MANAGER won't have a 'become a DIRECTOR of football' option, but I do think as non=playing staff they could be more active in some clubs.
edwingray
I wouldn't mind seeing more DoFs in the game as they are found now and again IRL. if you manage in the German league you have this anyway, Uli Hoeneß at Bayern is one (the Germans call them General Managers though) who is constantly interfering and spouting his opinion.
