transfer Budgets...?

Hey guys, im trying to create a new team with a huge transfer budget and bank balance, but every time i do it dosent work properly.. i get the huge transfer budget, but the bank balance stays the same and/or goes into minus numbers.. can anyone help me with this and suggest why this is happening?

The game automatically adjusts balance to fit the club's reputation. I don't know why you get the budget, though... that should be resized too.

so if i set the club's reputation to 10000 (ie the maximum) then i will be able to give the clu a huge budget and balance?

That should work, but the starting budgets aren't all that big in any case. Even when starting with a top team, you'll rarely get budgets much past the 30-50M range.

I'm having the same problem. I have set the reputation to max but when i start the game my transfer budget is £1.5 billion but my bank balance is around £25 million!!!

It was only when the players were getting unhappy with the clubs debt that i noticed.

Try adding an amount to the Future income, with the date set close to the date you start on in the game. Worked for me.

Make sure the 'sugar daddy' option it ticked.
